I Corinthians 12:24-27

But God has put the body together.... that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

Day Five - DONE!

The chemo portion of cycle eleven is OVER!  So thankful.

Today, she woke up and was feeling good.  We went to ROCK this morning, and even with an easy lesson, she still ended it early, feeling pretty miserable.  So we came home for her to go to bed.  And like last week, she rested up so we could make a trip out to see Georgie.   While she came home afterwards feeling wiped out and back in bed, she was so happy to get to go and just sit with Georgie awhile this evening.

It seems that Brandon has caught the love of horses as well.  We are so blessed by Uncle Powell and Mrs. Mary and the way they love our family.  The boost that Amanda gets from spending time with horses is unlike anything that I have seen.  The moment we leave her horse, she is looking forward to the next time we will see it.  I'm glad our back yard isn't larger, otherwise I could see her working her puppy eyes on Daddy!

Tomorrow we go to Dr. Harrod's office to have her labs checked.  With Amanda not feeling well when we started chemo last week, Dr. Harrod wants to keep a closer eye on her with weekly visits.  I am grateful for that.  I am interested in seeing what Amanda's counts will be with her still feeling so "blah."   She is already feeling anxious tonight about the appointment, so a good night's sleep will be very important - for everyone!

Thank you for your prayers tomorrow!
I can't remember what was said that caused this face, but we see it often! :)

Oh  my, What more could a girl ask for?
Georgie is such a sweet horse and loves all the attention.

He has a new love for horses that surprises even me!

Isaiah 40:28-31
Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
    the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary;
    his understanding is unsearchable.
He gives power to the faint,
    and to him who has no might he increases strength.
Even youths shall faint and be weary,
    and young men shall fall exhausted;
but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
    they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
    they shall walk and not faint.
