Team Watson is in Port Aransas for Spring Break! A little road trip on Sunday to beat the ferry crowd and we are enjoying time on the island. We continue to be touched by the way people have graciously shared their blessings with our family. This week, we are staying at a friend's home here and it is beautiful.
So far, the weather hasn't been the best and we have spent most of it indoors, but with Amanda coming off of chemo, that is actually a blessing in disguise for us. She is doing well, but still experiencing a little bit of a chemo hangover. Today it has rained on and off with temperatures in the fifties. Not exactly the best weather for the beach! Thankfully, the weather will start to improve tomorrow. Today we played games (Nerds, anyone?), got out for a little sightseeing and simply been relaxing and enjoying our time away.
Tomorrow we have something very special planned that we are all looking forward to. Can't wait to share pictures!
